Jerk Chicken
Not exactly a recipe as all I did was marinade and grill pieces of chicken breast, but this jerk seasoning is really good and peppery and compliments the char taste well. Seasoning is Busha Browne's, recommended.
Sausages and Egg toasted cheesy bread to go with it for the boys. Hope they leave us some chicken.

This is my Jerk Chicken with rice and peas. My Jamaican buddy has slowly leaked his paste recipe to me. This is my 6th time making it while tweaking a bit every time. Key is to find pimento wood and scotch bonnet peppers. I only like to use thighs and legs my wife insists on breasts though...sacrilege -
