Tenderloin, Tubesteaks, and Taters

Threw together a last minute meal last night of tenderloins for me and the wife, Nathan's franks for the kids, and baked potatoes. Yeah the steak was a little over cooked but still delicious. Baked potatoes have recently become a favorite on the Egg. Butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Old Bay, wrapped in foil indirect about 400 or even 450. The skin crisps up nicely. Also St. Arnold's Summer Pils is my new favorite beer for the season. 



Forecast calls for ribs today or tomorrow.
