Looks pretty nice, the Trés Booblay is ideal for shrimp/prawn, I throw frozen shrimp into a bag for 30 minutes at 125ºF, finish in a CI pan - never thought of an Alfredo sauce.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
