A few months back after we moved, @northGAcock gave me and the Mrs. some very beautiful handcrafted skewers. They worked wonderfully tonight -- no spinning at all. Thx again, Clark! You are one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world.

She ain't got nothing to worry about. He's ugly as chit. But a lovable hippy nonetheless.Jeremiah said:Am I the only one worried a little for the mrs Dyalsc? Although those are some reel nice skewers there... -
Nice meal! I love the skewers as well.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Surprised you had the energy for that, what with all the yard work. Oh, yeaaaah, never mind.

Thx! Chunks of Sirloin that were marinated in pineapple juice and soy sauce. Hit them with some S&P before skewering. The red potatoes were quartered and placed covered in the microwave for 8 minutes with dollops of butter, stirring halfway, before being seasoned, skewered and grilled. The shrooms got a drizzle of basil infused EVOO, Sicilian lemon white balsamic and seasonings. The wife said the potatoes were her favorite part.thetrim said:Nice jod. What cut of beef is that?
