Taking a cue from Seinfeld's "Summer of George", I had a "Weekend of Me".  It involved seafood & red meat.  How can that be bad, right?

Dinner #1:

Soft shell crab.  Dusting of Old Bay and grilled direct.  Sorry for only having a "before" picture.  Things were moving fast!  It was good but I think I prefer them fried.

East coast oysters with a dash of Tobasco, butter & garlic.

Swordfish steak.  Finished them with a lemon, garlic, basil butter.

Spiralized zucchini to go with the swordfish.

And finally some spicy steam mussels

Dinner #2

Seared scallops.  A crust would have been nice but I was willing to forego the cast iron in order to opt for a little smoke.  Maybe next time but I don't have any complaints about these.

And finally a reverse seared prime New York strip.

It was a good weekend.  Thanks for looking!
