Pork Green Chile Enchiladas
Boileregger
Posts: 614
Fried some leftover pulled pork in a little oil then added some Green Chile enchilada sauce and it has been simmering for a couple of hours. Will make into enchiladas in a bit and then bake back on the egg. Weather is beautiful, got a drink in my hand, and listening to music on the patio. Life is good.

Called an audible...bourbon intake was not favorable toward rolling enchiladas so we are having enchilada lasagna. Just put it on the egg and poured another.

Solid game time call. Know your limitations on and off the Egg. Bourbon can bring the cullinary artist out in you and take it away just as quick.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Yeah they look awesome.=======================================
