Pork Green Chile Enchiladas

Fried some leftover pulled pork in a little oil then added some Green Chile enchilada sauce and it has been simmering for a couple of hours.  Will make into enchiladas in a bit and then bake back on the egg.  Weather is beautiful, got a drink in my hand, and listening to music on the patio.  Life is good.

Called an audible...bourbon intake was not favorable toward rolling enchiladas so we are having enchilada lasagna.  Just put it on the egg and poured another.
  • Solid game time call. Know your limitations on and off the Egg. Bourbon can bring the cullinary artist out in you and take it away just as quick.

Did the same, now wishing that I would have thought about the green chili enchiladas.

    Corn or flour?
