Seared Salmon,Steamed Bok Choy and Anchoiy/Basil Relish

Got bertha nice n hot and in goes the salmon skin down for about 6minutes

Then flipped for a min or so to sear the top

Just rolled them over to come to temp

Served up with some steamed bok choy and a anchovy,basil,caper,scallion basil,lemon and EVOO relish

Sorry for the sucky last pic but this was some of the best salmon I've ever eaten. Thanks for looking.

Prolly one of the first time I ate the skin of salmon. I liked it just like good o'l crispy chicken skin. The cast iron cook took my salmon game to the next level.
