Seared Salmon,Steamed Bok Choy and Anchoiy/Basil Relish

Got bertha nice n hot and in goes the salmon skin down for about 6minutes 

Then flipped for a min or so to sear the top 

Just rolled them over to come to temp 


Served up with some steamed bok choy and a anchovy,basil,caper,scallion basil,lemon and EVOO relish 


Sorry for the sucky last pic but this was some of the best salmon I've ever eaten.  Thanks for looking.
