Hey, all. Been a while, but I've been cooking up a storm during my absence.
Recently tried @travisstrick's turbo brisket method, and it worked like a charm. Now I have - like every brisket cook - great slices of leftover flat. Chili, sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas: they all sound tasty, but we're looking to see what else the great minds at this forum have dug up.
So hit me with your craziest brisket recipes, if you feel like sharing.

Brisket Chili is always a hit at my house.

Make some burnt ends, dip in jalapeño corn dog batter and fry it up.

There is a BBQ place near me that does a Reuben with smoked brisket (rather than corned beef) and BBQ based Russian dressing that is really good. I have been wanting to recreate it and thinking of using a vinegar based cole slaw instead of kraut.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Old school here but use as ABT filler mixed with habanero cheese.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Not a crazy recipe but we like putting some in breakfast tacos as well.

Brisket pizza. Add some red onions and for the sauce use a mixture of marinara (75%) and your favorite BBQ sauce (25%). Use whatever cheese you like.

I save it to make tamales with my brother. We usually roll about 6-7 dozen. This post was just pork but when there is brisket leftover, rarely happens, its tossed in the freezer and saved for our tamale cook.
