First time I used this technique, low and direct. It works. Will do again. Usually go low and indirect.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

All the brats and sausage pics in this thread are making me drool. Raised direct for my next brat cook.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

How were the tots? My wife came home with the cauliflower tots a few days ago...I ended up mashing them up and had a pseudo cauli mash that was actually pretty good...
-
Ingredient list on the tots is pretty rough....process city, baby...
Broccoli, Modified Food Starch, Water, Soybean Oil, Contains Less Than 2% Of Citric Acid, Dextrin, Dextrose, Dried Egg, Granulated Garlic, Methylcellulose, Onion Powder, Rice Flour, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Alginate, Baking Soda, Soy Flour, Spices, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch, Whey, Xanthan Gum, Yellow Corn Flour

I suppose you could make your own broccoli tots. They would likely be better. Not a recipe I'm going to undertake at this point. We like the broccoli and cheese ones the best, over the cauliflower ones. 425* convection bake works the best. Do not thaw before baking. Sriracha Ranch to dip. Tasty.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
