Egg is warming up to 250-270. Seasoned last night with kosher salt and garlic powder. This morning added some Slap Your Mama Hot and Fire & Flavor Coffee Rub. Rockwood lump with a chunk of JD bouron barrel and a couple chunks of Post oak.

Heaven. Loved the heat and coffee combo. First time using coffee rub on a low and slow. The smell was amazing.

I've got Sunday ready to go but no doubt back with the beef back ribs next weekend. Great cook and even better result. Nice job with the smoke ring as well. I would highly recommend it. That one @SoCalTim gave me in the last rub and sauce exchange. Goes really well on pork loin and smoked cream cheese too.JohnnyTarheel said:They look awesome.... have yet to try any type of coffee rub yetLarge and Small BGECentral, IL
