Has anyone every tried or heard of frying an entire cow? I wonder if you could do it like fried catfish?

I am going to cut a 500 gallon tank in half, fill it with peanut oil and coat a whole cow in egg wash and panko.
Whatya think, 350 degree oil for about 11 hours?
Any chance you grew up in a home with lead paint, brother Ozzie?

Last trip to Monterrey I had chicarrones made from ribeye- holy cow they were awesome.
Picture this but with beef.
