Stuffed peppers

after seeing all the stuffed peppers on here lately, I made some too. Ground turkey, quinoa, black beans, onion garlic, chilies and a healthy dose of dp mole. Cooking indirect at 350. Thanks for looking! Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.
