Nice Kimber you picked up. I have the S&W version in stainless and it's a little on the heavy side. Figure if needed, could knock someone out with it.lol

Very smooth. You feel it just at the break.
Have a Colt Cobra on order and hope the trigger is just close to this one.
Did not fire .357 but several types of .38 including snake shot. All good no recoil problems.

Mick - I have no vested interest in this company, but since I BELIEVE you are a C/C guy have you ever heard of their products? They seem cool to me and I have some Kydex material and want to make "something" egg related soon!

Have had a couple of theirs for my Glocks. Very good stuff. I like to carry mostly in my pocket. I will never carry where you can see it as I just don't want someone wanting to take it away from me. I only carry CC.  One reason from going down size to the snubnoise wheelguns from the Glocks.

As new as that is you're gonna need a custom job and someone who can find the mold to do it (I bet the new ones aren't even out yet)

I'll be at NRA in two weeks as a vendor. I'll look around and see if anyone has a mold in stock yet. Usually you can get the mold guys to send it to whatever holster maker you prefer. They rent them out on special jobs like that.

Having said that, I'm not a fan of appendix carry but SOB or AIWB would be a solid option.

  • Also I carry a G43 with a Taran Tactical +2 grip in the summer. It holds 9 rounds of 9mm and doesn't print.

I carried a 357 S&W Airweight for a while but I just never found any love. Also tactical reloading was damn near impossible after working tap, rack, bang for a decade and some change.

Traded in a 42, 43, gen 4 19 on this and a new Colt Cobra that should start shipping in a week or two. Still have a 19 that I will trade for a SS Smith .22 of some kind or a Bond Arms.

Absolutely no offense, my man...but you plan to carry that in your pocket without a belt holster? Personally I can't stand to have more than 5 quarters in either of my front pockets! My back pockets carry a money clip in one and a thin carrier with 2 credit cards and my drivers license. But a big ol' honken pistol? NW LOL

I used to carry a Glock 19 (that was to big). Don't see this as a problem.
I don't carry all that much, just to some of my rentals that I get a better feeling with something in my pocket.
Always have something in the console (have a gun safe made into/inside the console). Size not important there.

It is amazing that such a fine handgun is made in the commie state of NY where the politicians hate handguns and make it known to the rest of the country.
  • @Mickey we are a security consultation company (security and safety teams) but sell a lot of products such as body armor, medical kits, apparel, etc and a lot of our manufacturers have booths so we are going as a partner to demonstrate products.
