I am having trouble deciding what I want to cook this weekend. What does everyone have planned? I'm looking for some inspiration. Thanks in advance.

We are having the family over tomorrow night to celebrate my Father n Law's birthday. Total of 8 people.
I figure 2 racks of BB ribs, 2 SRF pork short ribs, and 2 SRF beef ribs. Is that overkill?The best things in life are not things.

After you posted last weekend that Costco had briskets, I went in today and to my surprise they also carry them at my location. I hope they continue to stock them.GrateEggspectations said:
