UK Charcoal - price hike and alternatives

The price of a large bag of charcoal has recently gone up in the UK from £20 to £25 for a 9kg bag, this I one heck of a price hike. Has anyone used any alternatives? From reading a few things online, the only real alternative I can see is Big K's ACH15, which is £17 for a 15kg bag. Has anyone ever used this? If so, is it as good as BGE own brand? Thanks!!

And we here in the colonies thought we had it tough paying the non-sale price of $18CDN for an 8Kg bag of Maple Leaf. Wonder if you can import, or are the taxes and duties simply too high?
EDIT - The Big K looks like it is lump, why not try a bag? The price is sure right. Not sure what the BGE brand is in the UK, but here in North America, BGE brand is pretty mediocre stuff.

@camerondds71 quite a few of us in the UK are using this stuff. It's pretty good, big lumps, some dust at the bottom of the bags but if ou get 10 on a pallet the price is really good.

Totally agree. I use this all the time but you do get a lot of dust at the bottom.
