A birthday present and a surprise party!

Last week was my 30th birthday and my wife caught me completely off guard and surprised me with an XL egg! I am very impressed with the Egg's ability to hold temp.
This weekend I was surprised yet again with a surprise party. I am still blown away by all the saving and the hard work my wife put in to make this last week happen.
I am excited to join the family here on the forum. I purchased an adjustable rig to get going on the low and slow side. Here is a picture of some ribs we cooked yesterday. They are the first of many!
