Oh yeah that Green lightning shrimp is as good as it gets. Little bit of a handful for an easy "week night cook" but if you have time it's on point.
Easy way is shell on, skewer shrimp, brush with olive oil and put on about 3-4 minutes on each side. 400 degrees direct.
Cocktail sauce, grilled corn on the cob, and red potatoes."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
