Marinated some sliced sirloin steak in 5 spice powder, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, chili garlic hot sauce, pineapple juice and rice wine. The veggies were sliced up asparagus, mushrooms and broccoli that I seasoned with crushed red pepper, S&P and a little oil and rice vinegar.
Got the large hot with the spider in place. Drizzled in a little sesame oil and tossed in the steak.
Love the sound it makes and the aroma it gives the backyard. Good stuff.
Added a little more chili garlic hot sauce while it was cooking up. I'm a glutton for punishment with spicy stuff.
Served it over a little brown rice and topped with crushed pistachios.
The wok is always a fun, quick cook and it's usually healthy too. Gonna try to use mine more often.

wokking is one of those hidden ceramic grill secrets. It's a fun cook that doesn't take a large amount of time. Plus, it can be a healthy alternative to just proteins all the time.
Dig the cook, I'd hit it........lol

Excellent cook. I don't have a wok, but if you keep posting pics like that, I just may have to get one and give it a try.

You're my idol. At least one of them. Gorgeous stuff as usual.

Nice, do you, or anyone else on this tread have a recommendation for a wok, and is it necessary to have the spider to make this work? Thanks much.

Thx y'all! @wepinsf and @Markarm4119, here is a link to what I got. Well worth the money. I would recommend the 16 inch.

*edit* @wepinsf, the spider isn't necessary, as you can prolly rig something up that serves the same purpose of holding the wok in place, but I do highly recommend getting one. It serves multiple purposes and allows for other types of versatility. Relatively pretty cheap accessory too for $25. -
