Random shtuff

Did a couple fillets on the grill grates last night and threw on some veg at the same time. Running 550. Threw on a chicken at the shop indirect at 400 with suckle busters rub. Meanwhile I threw a rack of SRF ribs on the Weber with the new 100% lump briquettes in the slow and sear. The S&S worked way better with the lump briquettes ribs had suckle busters rub and one coat of finishing sauce. Good stuff all around.
