He's just a lazy bastich with no knife skills.  There's no helping this one.
@bgebrent I disagreed with this because of all people you should know, that one gets much help from the spouse. I am lazy..... =)

Just my $.02 but I wouldn't pay SRF prices for cheesesteak meat.  Get a choice grade boneless ribeye. Partially freeze it, then slice it thin. EZ-PZ.
Respectfully, I struggle with this. Slicing with a knife? If I had a slicer, I would have no issue. Just don't think i can get a consistently thin cut.....or would require more effort than I would be willing to make for a larger group of tailgaters.
get one of these for $20. I have one and love it. It shaves any meat like a razor blade. I bought it to trim belly and brisket but would easily shave any meat for Philly's

If Franklin doesn't use it, keep it away from my meat!  But I do like the name!

    Ask and ye shall receive!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Now Robin can stay put in his Lazy boy, click and order, never having to pick up a knife or buy a slicer.  Pretty sure Patti will be making the sandwiches.

Thanks for jumping in and for the information. I have talked to Shawn, how do you fit in there on the farm? Do I recall your address as the sender of the weekly sales emails? Welcome aboard.

More like a time issue with me. You need some things in the tailgate arsenal that you can pull together easily on a Saturday or Sunday of a weekend baseball weekend. You and Nicole should join us for a tailgate weekend. I need a good helper.

a hundred dollar philly steak and cheese sandwich with cheese whiz =)  theres a buzzer in the meat department at all my local supermarkets, push that and a guy will come out thru the door and shave you up a piece of ribeye while you go pick out a six pack. theres a pile of it on the counter for stirfrys anyways but if you want ribeye they will do that too. its as simple as pushing a button or knoking on the door ;)
