Yikes. That company is not well regarded around these parts because of broken promises and bad customer service. As such, he went out of business.
Id pursue a refund and/or dispute any charges

As above-you need to speak directly with CGW (aka Franco) and listen to his story. Then get your $$ back and go in a different direction. I would guess you have had this rig on order for a while and the odds of a successful outcome are around zero. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
