Would use on lesser fish but I had the bass and the idea. The crust really complimented the fish. BBQ lays lol. You should pair that with salmon

I would suggest 'heirloom root crisps' or something like that if you're going to insist on snooty fish.
I did try crushed pretzels on salmon once. Should've used the honey mustard pretzels.
