Would use on lesser fish but I had the bass and the idea.  The crust really complimented the fish.  BBQ lays lol.  You should pair that with salmon

I thought the same.  Should have went with tilapia or in most instances when you ask people "what kind of fish is this?" and the answer is "cod" or "whiting".

I would suggest 'heirloom root crisps' or something like that if you're going to insist on snooty fish.

I did try crushed pretzels on salmon once.  Should've used the honey mustard pretzels.

If it was up to Nichole, it probably would have been done the right way.  Instead, Brent had to cook, and well you see the outcome.  

Hell I'm still upset at the five measly pieces of broccoli.
