Can't say it's home made, but Savoie's is the next best thing. Had to grill it before the expected downpour. Hope it survives til the party tonight!

    The Savoies is great. I also use it in my bean dishes along with ham hocks and necks. The Savoies compliments beans very well.

    Man I just loaded up on a bunch of andouille today for a crawfish boil. You're making me want to bust open a package to go with smashburgers tonight.
