Question on turbo cook of two butts

I have a 9 lb Boston Butt that I cut in half and I'm doing turbo at 325.
I want to pull one but I want to slice the other one. For the sliced butt what temp should I pull it at? I assume all the other steps for the sliced butt is the same as the one I want to pull. I've always pulled in the past so I know how to do that butt.
Also will the cook time be less for two 4.5 lb butts than for one large 9lb. I figure it would be less time as there is less mass in each butt and more surface area but I'm not sure about that.

FYI: my meat probe decided to go bad today. Called Terry at FlameBoss and a new one is on the way. I love their customer service so far.

When I cook a sliced butt versus a pulled I usually pull it at around 190 or so. I like to get it right before it is too loose to slice.

Thanks @johnkitchens
Strange my meat probe is now showing a reading. But I don't know if I can trust it or if it will keep working.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.

I slice my butt a little differently. I like the fall apart texture of sliced pork.
I let the pulled-pork-ready butt cool enough to slice, then reheat.
I understand we all have our particulars, but that is how I do it.Donnie Dawes - RNNL8 BBQ - Carrollton, KY

@johnkitchens - yes I have an instant read thermometer and I have a Maverick monitoring the second butt. In addition the FB meat probe has started working but I don't know how long it will work. Can't trust it anymore so its a good thing that another one is on the way.
@dldawes1 - I like that approach and I may give it a try.

I don't know if this helps any but when doing pork burnt ends. I pull at 160, cube it up and then put them in a pan with seasoning and sauce and back on the grill. The cubed pieces at 160 taste pretty darn good and very juicy.
