I hate it either way. I understand the need in a state of emergency, but the rampant amount of executive orders being written on both sides over the past 20 years 1) make our system embarrassingly unblalnced and 2) keeps driving a further wedge between both sides of the fence. 

Repealing Obamas executive orders is patriotism. Adding to the pile is tyranny.

Same issue here came to the fore with the Brexit vote.  Current Govt wanted to use the Royal Prerogative (left over remnants of a decision making process from when the King was in charge) as a means of bypassing the house and allowing them personally to decide how to conduct Brexit negotiations.  Blatant abuse of power foiled by the courts who backed the constitution rather than the Government.  Court case was funded by a couple of individuals and a crowd funding campaign to which I was pleased to donate for both the high court and supreme court stages.
