Peri-Peri leg quarters with roasted broccoli and sweet potato.

Indirect at 380 (because I missed 375) to an internal temp of 180. Marinated in Peri-Peri overnight then a little extra straight out of the bottle once plated. Roasted broccoli with red pepper flakes, garlic powder and paprika, and a tiny serving of sweet potato. Very tasty meal.

Wow! Good color on that chicken, and the roasted broccoli looks good too, but that is a really tiny serving of sweet potato. (Providing my own comments since this post got none.)

It looks outstanding. I want some of that peri peri sauce. I tried some from a food truck seving Portuguese food and it was really good. The broccoli really does look good too. Honestly not a huge fan of sweet potato so the serving size is perfect.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
