Peri-Peri leg quarters with roasted broccoli and sweet potato.

Indirect at 380 (because I missed 375) to an internal temp of 180. Marinated in Peri-Peri overnight then a little extra straight out of the bottle once plated. Roasted broccoli with red pepper flakes, garlic powder and paprika, and a tiny serving of sweet potato. Very tasty meal.
