Even On A Diet, You Sometimes Need A Pizza
Spring Chicken

I know I saw it somewhere in a Diet Rule Book, but the way I see it, unless we're stone-eaters, no rule exists about absolutely abstaining from pizza while on a diet.
Diets need to be flexible.
So today for lunch we cooked a quick pizza using a Boboli crust that needed eating. It worked but I think I like my tortilla crusts better. Even so hit the spot without too much calorie-splash to ruin my day.
Take a look at what only took about 35 minutes total to make.
That will hold me until the next craving. I hope it's Bluebell Homemade Vanilla.
Life is good at the Chicken Ranch.

OK - reason I ask is that there is someone on at least one of those boards (don't recall which) who always inserts a quote in their signature the way you do. Thought it might be you.Spring Chicken said:

Looks awesome and agree with your diet advice. If you don't occasionally indulge the diet won't be sustainable. What you're really trying to do is create new and better eating habits; an all or nothing approach generally isn't consistent with that.“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

We moved to Las Vegas in 2015. They had it here before the "Great Lysteria Scare," however it has not made its way back.FATC1TY said:
