Even On A Diet, You Sometimes Need A Pizza

I know I saw it somewhere in a Diet Rule Book, but the way I see it, unless we're stone-eaters, no rule exists about absolutely abstaining from pizza while on a diet.

Diets need to be flexible.

So today for lunch we cooked a quick pizza using a Boboli crust that needed eating. It worked but I think I like my tortilla crusts better. Even so hit the spot without too much calorie-splash to ruin my day.

Take a look at what only took about 35 minutes total to make.

That will hold me until the next craving. I hope it's Bluebell Homemade Vanilla.

Hell, ice cream day was blue bell cups in school!!

Looks awesome and agree with your diet advice. If you don't occasionally indulge the diet won't be sustainable. What you're really trying to do is create new and better eating habits; an all or nothing approach generally isn't consistent with that.

We moved to Las Vegas in 2015. They had it here before the "Great Lysteria Scare," however it has not made its way back.
