Smoking a Chuck w/ Oak & Black Cherry. Careful...save the juices for later.
Yes the above were all in a day's work. Less the Chuck...that was done a day or two ahead.
Next morning... huevos rancheros.

Thanks everybody for the comments. Agree that a staycation sometimes trumps a traveling vacation. This was a nice chill out sorta time for us both. And I'll add i have a new found respect for Tamales. It's really a labor of love.
