Brisket done early help ideas??

was shooting for my brisket to be done around 8 to FTC for 3 hour transport to lunch. It's done now. It's 0400. Options?? Just FTC 8 hours?? Or oven on warm until we leave then FTC?

8 hrs seems like a stretch to me. I believe I have read on here some people going 7.
Personally I would go warm oven for a couple hours then to FTC for the ride.Greensboro, NC -
