OT - SRF Customer Service WIns Again

Had ordered several Steak Lovers packages last minute for business colleagues and paid extra for "Holiday Express" shipping to make sure that the packages arrived before my colleagues headed off for the holidays.  Two shipments were delayed a day and when I asked about the additional I had paid for Holiday Express, they not only immediately refunded the additional charge, they refunded all shipping charges!


Hard to believe, but as amazing and wonderful as their beef and pork are,  their customer service is even better.

    I will strongly echo the above.  SRF as a company gets it.  When in doubt, reach out and all will be made beyond well.  I support whenever my wallet and high-end meat inventory allows and readily suggest to others.
