Blackened steak with onions, peppers and mushrooms, served with green beans and baked potatoes. Drizzled some of the skillet drippings on the potatoes.

This is a Vision grill I got on closeout at Sam's Club a few years ago. It is a second to my medium BGE. The egg is in a table I built for it. The Vision is in its original rolling nest with the wooden side shelves. I don't think the hardware is stainless, probably just chrome plated or something.kl8ton said:Great cook!

As for the gasket, that is the original felt gasket that was on it when I got it. It is about wore out, but still works so far.
