Breakfast Fatty

This morning's breakfast fatty smoked with peach wood. It was stuffed with scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and shredded velveeta mexican cheese. Didn't want my coworkers to think I was a weirdo, so I refrained from taking pics when I sliced it up.  ;)  The filling stayed intact really nicely though.  The shredded velveeta played nicely too. 

It was dark outside when I started it, so the first pic was taken with the help of a spotlight.
