Did six racks of ribs this weekend I have discovered that if I do not sit outside drinking beer for six hours straight they turn out better

Nice cook. And don't sweat any potential misinterpretation of your first post. There's too much "data" about the positive influence of alcohol on BBQ to have one experience refute it.

Good math but I cut them in half just easier and better looking when plated if I get lazy and don't cut them for everyone.
