i tend to cook alot of low and slows at camp. have not cooked on it in a few weeks and with all the rain lately moisture built up in side. before the cook saturday the egg was very clean, got it up to searing temps and the moisture and built up grunge on the inside poured thru the pores of the outside. with todays rain and snow, it will be mostly clean by this coming weekend.

either that or its growing a beard. mine is not typical, it happens worse than ive ever seen any egg do
