Greek legs

I marinated these for about 30 hours, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic, bunch of spices and stuff.  I thought I had yogurt, but I had none, so extra lemon.  I reserved some and added olive oil to use as a baste.  Cooked 400, raised direct about 4" above the felt.  Basted as I turned them.  Very good, will do this again.
