Looking to order some Dizzy Pig seasonings, what are 4 good ones for all around for us to try on pork, steaks, turkey, seafood and veggies?

Swamp Venom, Dizzy Dust, Cow Lick, and Bayouish are our favorite.
We use Swamp Venom on chicken.
Dizzy Dust is good on ribs and butts. If you like it a little spicy then we mix it with a little Swamp Venom. Its also really good in chili.
Cow lick is great on steaks and burgers.
Bayouish is good on shrimp, fish, and chicken.

Pineapple head on chicken and fish. Red Eye on chicken and turkey. Swamp Venom is a little spicy but I like it, just have to be careful with the young 'uns.EggMcMcc

Swamp Venom
Dizzy Dust (I like the coarse grind)
Cow Lick
Fajita-Ish
Shakin' the Tree
The above are all what I ordered on my first order. Loved them all, I just placed another order the other day and got a qt of Swamp Venom and Dizzy Dust as they are the first to run dangerously low... I've been smoking chicken weekly and those have been my go to rubs for that.
Also ordered Red Eye, Bombay Curry-ish, Tsunami Spin, Raging River and Jamaican Firewalk. Haven't tried any of them before, but I don't think I'll be disappointed in any of them.
Don't think you can go wrong on anything. Maybe get some samples with your order too. -
Cowlick and Raging River for sure. But I also go through a fair amount of Shakin' the Tree & Fajita'ish. I also use Pineapple Head, Mediterranean'ish , and Bayou'ish.

Raging River and Tsunami Spin are great on seafood. Game On is also a killer rub for meats.South Jersey Pine Barrens. XL BGE , Assassin 24, Weber Kettle, CharBroil gasser, AMNPS

My base rub is 50 - 50 Dizzy Dust and Swamp Venom for pork. Cowlick for beef. Ragin' River for fish and veg. Poultry, either Shakin' the Tree of Tsunami Spin, no distinct preference.

with all these options I might have to add some of these I have not tried to my christmas list...Northern New Jersey

I'm pretty much standardized on Dizzy Dust, Raising the Steaks, and Raging River. Actually those are about the only commercial rubs I usually buy. Making your own is not that hard and if you have some time available it's good to experiment that way.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.

Tsunami spin
Cow Lick
Shakin' the Tree

The Dizzy Pigs I use most are:
Red Eye - Beef, Lamb, Pork, Butternut Squash
Raging River - Pork, Poultry, Salmon
Shakin' the Tree - Pork, Poultry, Veggies (roasted Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Broccoli)
Tsunami Spin - Pork, Chicken Thighs, Shrimp
I also really like the new Mad Max seasoning and have a bottle of Crossroads I need to open and use on something soon.

Thanks for the quick replies. I was leaning towards ordering dizzy dust, cow lick and swamp venom before posting this so it seems I was on the right track. Those 3 are going to be a definite so I just need to figure out one more and I'm leaning toward raging river on it.

Forgot to ask where is the best place to order these from?

Top 4 for me are
raging river
red eye express
raising the steaks
fajitaish
-
Top three...
1. Pineapple Head for the uniqueness.
The boys will tear up some coconut oil popcorn with a little butter and PH in my Whirly Pop hand crank pot.
2. Swamp Venom for general use, good balance.
3. Game On for venison and beef.
Runner up would be Raging River for fish, veg.
You really cannot go wrong with anything in their lineup.BrandonQuad Cities

I was a salt&pepper only guy on steaks... Until I tried cowlick.. It's that good, I'll even throw a little on a dry-aged prime ribeye.
-
I'm a fan of both Raging River and Pineapplehead. Shaking the Tree gives that good lemon pepper approach. I think I am going to try Crossroads on the pork loin in the fridge tonight or tomorrow depending on the rain. I went crazy ordering a lot of varieties this fall and not all have been tried out yet.

Dizzy Dust & Cow Lick for presents. Figured the pair would make a nice gift and be easily used.
For me, I got Dizzy Dust, Cow Lick and Raging River, as they seemed to be the most commonly recommended. Also got a Mad Max Turkey and Limited Release Ghost, as these seem to be seasonal and I didn't want to wait a year to try them. Then got the Complete BBQ Sampler so I could at least try all the others.
Think I'm pretty well covered. They all will arrive today.
Of all the lies I tell, "Just kidding" is my favorite.

Just tried Ragin' River last night for the first time - I bought it because I was looking for a poultry specific rub and I have to say it does not disappoint! The smell while it was cooking was amazing and the flavor profile worked perfectly with the bird.Formerly of Houston, TX - Now Located in Bastrop, TX
