Had the pleasure of turkey on Thanksgiving day at friends house, so I assembled all the family, and extended relatives for Prime rib on the egg at my house today, Saturday.
Prime cut ribeye roast cooked to 115° F , perfect rare, medium rare at ends, rubbed with Kosher salt, black pepper and some Pappys seasoning.Flame seared from 100-115°internal. Killer bark.
Mashed potatoes with garlic cloves cooked, and mashed with two sticks real butter, mexican crema, salt and pepper.
Green beans, (Haricots verts)sautéed in duck fat.
Whole baked cloves of garlic.
Bon Appétit eggheads, thanks to all you who've helped me along the way.
