Looks like someone is missing a gasket... I will be doing a spatchcock - tomorrow. We are having Thanksgiving at my son's place (he also has an XL) tomorrow as they brought home their first child last night. She needs at least one more day to recover from c-section on Monday.

I'm done with gaskets in the large, I think. And the butter melting always puts out a ton of smoke for a minute right as I shut the BGE down a bit, causing the awesome effect you see here.Miked125 said:You might have a leak? Large BGE and Medium BGE
