I think so.Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Warranty included in that $1k? You can usually get a demo without wings in the $700-800 range

Yes. Brand new. Never registered. Receipt included. My boss bought it for his MIL. She doesn't want it. My sister wants to give one to her husband for Xmas.Canton, GA

I just paid about that for a large BGE, nest, cover, plate setter, and 120# of BGE lump. It was a dealer assembled demo with one cook on it.Michiana, South of the border.

This is from my local Ace Hardware store (in Jacksonville, FL). Adding the plate setter would cost another $65:

Personally I would skip the mates and get a small stainless table to put beside the egg. Something like this.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Thats a good deal....The fact that you won't be paying sales tax and that you'll be doing your boss a favor are icing on the cake.Atlanta, GA - Large BGE x 2
-
@SmokeyPitt I think I'd either do that or a table with no cutout for work room and leave the egg in the nest.------------------------------

Yeah, I know Stephen. Would definitely send them to him if they were close but my sister is in Memphis and my boss is pretty close to her.piney said:What Matt said...Call Stephen@UTACanton, GA

Agree @tarheelmatt. I wouldn't bother cutting the table and dropping the egg in it. I would get the nest and just set the table next to the egg in nest. Much more useable work space and only about $20 more than the mates.tarheelmatt said:@SmokeyPitt I think I'd either do that or a table with no cutout for work room and leave the egg in the nest.Which came first the chicken or the egg? Probably not a bad price. That's around the price I would have paid when I was shopping for a new LBGE. I ended up with a demo (had to travel an hour and a half though) at $700 with
LBGE
nest
plate setter
starter blocks
10lb bag of lump
So another option, save the $300 and use that to get a side table and some eggsessories.
I also understand not being able to resist and taking one home now
either way your getting an egg! Welcome to the club! LBGE
