Coffee Rubbed Reverse Seared Ribeye

Been in the mood for a ribeye. Picked some ups at Sam's today. Nothing too special but they were cut pretty well. Tried out Dizzy Pig Redeye coffee rub for the first time. Really liked it not too over bearing at all and had great flavor.
