PSA - Mini Max Owners

With the change of seasons, I thought I should check my bolts. On the egg and nest. I found I was missing 3 bolts in my nest. Bruce at Big GreenEgg was kind enough to send me replacements. I encourage you to check your bolts on you egg and nest.

    Thanks for the reminder!

And in addition to the bolts, also good to check your nuts.

In all seriousness, last night I dreamed I was loading my large and the dome would not stay up.
I wonder what Freud would say about that? Hopefully he would say "sometimes a dome is just a dome" (he once said "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.")

Except when it is not. You have issues with keeping the lid up. It happens with age. I recommend adult beverages, and long cooks. Check back with me in two weeks.

My frustration nightmare used to only be getting to a Golf Course and not being able to tee off, or hit the ball not matter what....now I wake up in the middle of the night thinking my meat is at temp......
Just bought an Egg?  Here is what you get to look forward to now:

Plate Setter, FlameBoss 200, Spider, PSWOO-CI, Additional Rig Shelf for dome cooking, Thermapen, iGrill2, Cast Iron, Blackstone, Cooking Accessories for the Blackstone, Cover for the Egg and the Blackstone, shopping for Rub like a fine wine or IPA, and a new fascination with lump and what brand is the best-all to be debated every Friday Night.  Next desires-Joetisceriie, Adjustable Rig, Grillmates, table and more eggs

put a lil blue threadlocker on the threads. That, or replace it with a stainless steel lock nut.
