Sirloin Pork Chops on the Mini (pics)

Picked up these sirloin pork chops from Wilkes Meat Market. Seasoned with @AlbuKirky Casa Seasoning:
Got the mini rolling at 450 direct and threw the chops on:
Turned them a few times until internal temp read 140:
Plated with some green beans and garlic mashed potatoes...delicious!
