Buttermilk Fried Oyster Po'boys on the Mini BGE

Had a hankerin for an oyster po'boy. Been awhile. Used House Autry for the breading. Seasoned the buttermilk soak with Cajun Seasoning.

Thx y'all!! @Dobie, I bought a 4-pack of Brioche hoagie rolls from Bilo. The wife buttered them and stuck them under the broiler til they toasted up. They were gooood!
