Firecraft Rockwood Delays?

I ordered 5 bags of Rockwood on 9/29.

Checking the order status today, 10/7, says my order is being processed in the warehouse.

Anyone else waiting and is this typical?

They are now shipping two day and discounted the order 10%. Stand-up service, for sure.

From Firecraft:

the delay was due to lack of inventory. We sell the charcoal you order so fast that the incoming shipment did not get in our warehouse before we ran out. This is due to us ordering such large quantities at a time. It is very rare that we run out of Rockwood.

Again I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and please let me know if you need anything at all.
