Score of the Month!!
So I got a call from one of them saying, "you think those two big ol labs of yours would want all these beef rib bones?"
I just smiled and said bring em on over and I'll find a use for them.
I've got 4 on for dinner tonight and probably enough beef ribs to last until spring.

I personally like pork better (mostly across the board, we don't eat much beef except burgers or when entertaining large groups)lousubcap said:Better to be lucky than good any day. Great score. Beef ribs-beat their pork cousins every time.

The butcher sells raw beef bones for $1 a lb. $20 will entertain the two of them for at least 2 months."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@Carolina Q they have asked us for the past two years but 1) the cows were fairly small and 2) we don't eat that much red meat.
I would rather pick up a couple cuts of prime fresh cuts of meat then race to the bottom of the freezer eating on 6 oz ribeyes and a pile of sirloins. Besides, this set up seems to be working in my favor.
I offered to split a chicken with them, but I didn't have any takers!"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
