I check the forum most days and see cooks I have never done and ones that have been too long since I did them.
Some of my favorites are:
Pizza - just about any kind
Pulled Pork
Wings
Chicken Thighs
Spatchcock Chicken
S'mores - in sugar cone
Cedar Plank Salmon
Grilled Potatoes (always a fan favorite)
Naan Bread
Peach Cobbler
Brisket - Never really mastered it, it's good but not like some I see posted here.

So what should I add to the list? give me some ideas of what your family likes.

Paella first up then beef ribs (both back and short).
Prime rib as a tune up for the holidays.
ABT's as a tune-up for every day.  Armadillo eggs.  Pig shots.
    And the list goes on-
Anything you can create you can figure out to cook on the BGE- have fun.

Brother the sky is the limit. But it depends on your taste and likes. However I will say that most folks like grilled seafood. Especially shrimp and oysters. Another thing that you can do instead of making plain chicken is to experiment with different stuffings. I debone and stuff whole chickens with shrimp and crab meat and most folks seem to really like them. Or you can stuff breasts and thighs with cream cheese and jalapeños as well. All are cheap, easy and require no special ingredients.

Meatloaf, any casserole smoked, chicken thighs / wings / quarters /spatchcocked / etc. Dogs, burgers, sausage, chops, lasagna, planked salmon, Pizza, calzones, meatballs, dutch oven stews and chili's and soups are also great. Actually a good cast iron dutch oven will open up a lot of options including bread. Just my .02
